This family-owned Irish hospitality group is seeking a seasoned Group Sales Director to lead sales planning, coordination, and implementation across four properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop key client relationships across multiple markets (Corporate, MICE, DMC, Tours) to drive revenue growth.
* Lead and coordinate sales activities across four hotels.
* Design and implement a selling strategy to grow business levels for each hotel across all markets.
* Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders within the hotels and external entities.
* Identify and capitalize on opportunities for PR & media exposure for the hotels.
* Ensure effective yield management for all sources of business and possess a deep understanding of commercial strategies.
* Foster high-performing Sales teams, achieving business targets through motivation, coaching, and development.
* Maintain familiarity with customer databases and sales IT infrastructure.
* Leverage International Franchise Agreements to maximize benefits.
* Manage annual sales budgets in collaboration with directors.
* Contribute to Board-level commercial strategy formulation and group expansion.
Ideal Candidate:
* At least five years' experience as Director of Sales & Marketing or equivalent title in quality hotel establishments with group and franchise experience.
* A dynamic self-starter with exceptional commercial acumen and judgment.
