Please get in touch directly for more information (denis.galvin@barden.ie)ABOUT THE ROLEOversee financial reporting, internal controls, strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Lead monthly reporting cycles, analyze KPIs, review targets, and implement corrective actions as needed.Prepare year-end statutory financial statements and manage relationships with external auditors.Manage finance, IT, and administrative functions—including accounts payable and receivable, stock and credit control, and payroll.Contribute to key business initiatives and projects while supporting overall commercial activities.Ensure timely completion of all statutory, tax, and regulatory returns.Liaise with external providers to manage our hardware and software infrastructure.Oversee financial management of other investment interests, including financial reporting and project budget management.ABOUT THE PERSONQualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience.Strong background in a similar finance role within a high-performance business environment.Robust IT skills are essential, along with familiarity with a broad range of ERP systems.Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.A positive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude paired with a continuous improvement mindset is vital for success in this role.Apply with your CV.By submitting your CV application you consent to your data being used as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
