GoCar Specialist Technician This is a permanent, Full-Time position and the ideal candidate will have previous experience in the mobility sector and demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills. This role will also require the successful candidate to work a 7-day roster and evenings when required. Install, troubleshoot, and repair systems. Inspect, manage and execute maintenance of systems, command components and control systems to identify and address issues proactively. Complete fleet safety and maintenance checks. Assist with vehicle maintenance and repair process to ensure vehicle down time is minimised. Repairing on street tech issues. Repairing minor damages ie wing mirrors etc. Flat Battery repairs. Replacing trackers. Monitoring Fleet sheet and prioritising jobs. Replacing fuel cards/tax/insurance certs. Dealing with clamp requests. Moving new vehicles onto base or fleet rotation. Checking cars for vandalism. Repositioning on street vehicles. Follow required processes to ensure fleet records are accurate and reliable. Ensure the highest level of attention to the security of company fleet and assets. Responsible for your own Health & Safety and that of work colleagues. Be aware of daily requirements and complete workload in a timely manner. Ad hoc duties in line with business needs Your Skills: Team player with excellent presentation, customer service and IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills Ability to work on own initiative. Good communications skills - both written and verbal Full Clean driving licence Work an agreed roster 5 days over 7 Monday to Sunday Mechanical knowledge a plus. i.e., checking oil, tyres etc Why Choose Europcar?
