You will play a critical part in driving the financial performance and strategic decision-making within the Away from Home Channel, supporting the strong growth in this important area of Britvic's business.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Senior FP&A Manager for Britvic Ireland, you will be the Finance Manager for the Aquaporte Business, Business Partner to the Away from Home Channel Controller, and support the operations and governance of Commercial Assets. Your responsibilities will include:Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting (both P&L and Balance Sheet) and analysis to support decision-makingDriving improvements in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processesMonitoring financial performance and implementing strategies to deliver the in-year plan and optimize profitabilityDeveloping and implementing accounting practices for new Aquaporte tap sales and leasesManaging cash flow through the management of Accounts Receivable for the Aquaporte Water Cooler and Taps businessCollaborating with the Away from Home Channel Controller to provide financial insights and guidanceContributing to the development and execution of business cases and long-term business strategiesEvaluating growth opportunities and providing financial analysis to inform strategic decisionsIdentifying and mitigating financial risks for both Aquaporte and Commercial assets through effective controls and processesEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policiesSupporting the audit processMentoring and developing a team of four direct reportsFostering a culture of continuous improvement and developmentEncouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing within the teamActing as a trusted advisor to the Away from Home Channel ControllerSupporting logistics supply chain and operations with data and analysisFacilitating cross-functional communication to align financial goals with operational objectivesIdentifying risks and opportunities to deliver the in-year plan and working with relevant teams to ensure these are either mitigated or realizedBeing the finance lead for projects within the Away from Home ChannelRequirementsMinimum 5 years of post-qualification experience, or equivalent experienceFinancial accounting and business partnering experiencePreferably relevant FMCG experienceHighly motivated and results-orientedTeam player, with the drive and interpersonal skills necessary to develop strong working relationships at all levelsStrong analytical and interpretive skills, ability to deliver financial data in a user-friendly and relevant mannerAbility to challenge conventional thinkingExperience managing a teamKey BehaviorsAt Britvic, we value the following behaviors:We're Courageous: Creates fresh and innovative approaches to overcome challenges, role models how to proactively and positively challenge othersStronger Together: Openly challenges others to produce the best result for Britvic, uses their role to positively contribute to the larger team that is Britvic, creates collaborative partnerships across teamsOwn It: Takes ownership for delivering results of outstanding quality, is resilient in their approach to resolving issuesEducation/QualificationBachelor's DegreeAccountancy qualification (ACA / CIMA / ACCA or equivalent)
