We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Brand Manager to join the dynamic Marketing team in Ireland, renowned for its iconic Irish brands. You’ll work with well-known food brands in the fast-paced, dynamic food industry, where products have short lifecycles and high market visibility
This is a pivotal moment to be part of the team as they embark on an ambitious growth strategy to double their branded portfolio size within the next three years. As a Brand Manager, you will be instrumental in proactively identifying growth opportunities, driving results in the market, and ensuring the successful execution of all initiatives to a high standard. In addition to this, you will collaborate with the Marketing Director on strategic initiatives, actively engage with the Business Team, and work closely with partner agencies.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of contributing valuable insights and ideas to discussions regarding the Brand Beacon. You should be adept at utilizing the Brand Beacon to develop compelling briefs, insights, propositions, and feedback. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all paid ATL and Shopper touchpoints align with the brand's tone of voice and visual identity, supporting the annual brand plan by creating insight-driven strategies and tactics, and leading the brand planning process by conducting thorough analyses such as the 7Cs and SWOT.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of Brand P&L, experience in developing TTL communications campaigns, and a background in launching significant innovations or renovations. The ideal candidate will hold a degree-level qualification and possess at least 3 years of FMCG experience, preferably in the food industry. Legal authorization to work in Ireland is a requirement for this position.
