Client Reporting Manager
OUR CLIENT:
Our client is a very well established international Main Contractor heavily involved in the construction of Data Centers throughout Europe for a number of blue-chip clients.
They are seeking a Client Reporting Manager which may suit a candidate with strong construction knowledge coming from a quantity surveying, client-side PM or senior document control/commercial planning background.
Responsibilities:
1. Create and manage the reporting of project costs to align with Client driven KPI’s and benchmarks.
2. Identify cost down initiatives on projects and provide an executive summary to senior management.
3. Monitor & identify factors that influence construction costs and look for efficiencies in project delivery that support multiple projects management.
4. Analyse, track and effectively manage critical project performance data and report to senior management monthly.
5. Review and engage with the supply chain to track their capacity and capabilities to deliver works.
6. Further develop and maintain the detailed screening and onboarding program for the supply chain.
7. Manage the reporting of project safety performance elements to align with Client driven KPI’s and benchmarks.
8. Manage the reporting of project quality performance elements to align with Client driven KPI’s and benchmarks.
9. Manage the reporting of project schedule performance elements to align with Client driven KPI’s and benchmarks.
10. Manage the reporting of achieving sustainability goals across the projects to align with Client driven KPI’s and benchmarks.
11. Analyse, track and effectively report critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
12. Run and lead client & other required meetings on project performance.
13. Lead weekly meetings with project department managers such as safety, planning, commercial and quality.
Work closely with the Project Director and other discipline Project Leads to gather the data in an efficient manner.
Requirements:
1. 7 years of previous experience in a similar role, within a Commercial or Project delivery environment.
2. Background in cost analysis and/or project management is required.
3. Previous client-side management or project reporting experience would be an advantage.
4. Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.
5. Proficiency in the use of MS PowerPoint, MS Word & MS Excel is essential.
