Finance Manager FP&A

Profile of the Role:
The successful candidate will be joining the Pharmaceutical Development & Manufacturing (PDM) finance team with the following sub-teams - Global Manufacturing Finance Centre of Excellence, Financial Planning & Analysis and Controllership.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Preparation and distribution of accurate and timely monthly management reporting including monthly financials, shipments, headcount, capital and expense reporting.
2. Business partnering with site department heads to ensure they are aware of their spending versus budget and latest LE expectation.
3. Planning for annual budget and forecast cycles, meeting all deadlines and deliverables.
4. Leading internal and external SOX physical inventory counting programs and attending bi-annual SOX walkthroughs.
5. Investigation and reconciliation of inventory balances and General Ledger account reconciliations.
6. Business partnering with various business teams to support OTC (Order to Cash) and IC (Intercompany) processes.
Education:
Qualified Accountant with 5 years+ strong, relevant post qualification experience.
IT / Systems:
Ms Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, Excel advanced, Teams, Oracle.
Experience:
1. Experience in inventory and cost accounting is an advantage.
2. Experience in a manufacturing multinational environment would be a major advantage.
3. Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry or manufacturing multinational environment.
4. Experience of SAP S/4 Hana & associated reporting (AO/WEBI) and forecast (SACP) tools would be a major advantage.
5. Experience of Oracle EBS & associated reporting tools would be an advantage.
6. Previous people management experience is an advantage.
