About the Role:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator who will assist our Project Managers in organizing ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining and monitoring project plans and schedules.
* Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
* Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
* Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
* Ensuring project deadlines are met.
* Determining project changes.
* Providing administrative support as needed.
* Undertaking project tasks as required.
* Developing project strategies.
* Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable.
* Ensuring stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field of study.
* Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
* Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
* Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Ability to work on tight deadlines.
* Be willing to learn and be a fast learner.
* Have good communication and management skills.
* Mandarin speakers are highly desirable.
* Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
* Background in global tech or telecommunications is advantageous.
