The Job:
* Employee engagement and query resolution
* Time and attendance reporting
* Payroll administration
* Recruitment campaigns management
* New hire onboarding
* Training and development program oversight
* HR metrics and data reporting
* Supporting HR Manager and leadership teams
Your Skills and Experience:
* 3rd level degree qualified in Human Resources or related field
* Minimum 3 years relevant HR experience
* Experience in manufacturing or engineering environment advantageous
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong IT, data analysis, and HR reporting skills
* Own transport required due to rural location
The Offer:
* Permanent role with salary commensurate with experience (€45,000 - €50,000)
* Fully office-based initially with potential for remote work
