Your new role
As the HR Manager you will be:
1. Providing support on various issues including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee engagement, and training.
2. Advising on areas such as diversity, equity & inclusion, process improvement, and talent development.
3. Providing guidance and management support on HR policies and processes to employees and managers.
4. Overseeing the updating of company policies and employee handbooks.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate, you will:
1. Have at least 3 years' experience in a senior-level HR role.
2. Be a very strong communicator with experience managing people.
3. Be up-to-date with employment legislation and have experience dealing with employee relations issues.
