Job Title: Recruitment & Admissions Manager
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the strategic ambitions of the College and will be responsible for recruiting high calibre international students and managing conversion activity.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute an effective and targeted engagement and recruitment plan to successfully recruit non-EU students for the College's portfolio of programmes.
* Operate the international admissions process efficiently, guaranteeing excellent customer service is provided to prospective students and schools.
* Establish and maintain close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Vice-Principal for Global Engagement, College Office staff, Alumni, Careers Network teams, partner universities, international agents, academic staff, UCD Global, UCD Overseas Campuses, and central UCD administration.
* Manage ongoing relationship management with applicants, partner universities, international agents, and internal and external academic staff.
Requirements:
* Some travel to key international markets is required.
