CPL Healthcare has partnered with a client providing therapeutic care and support to children and young people in a nurturing environment.
We are seeking experienced Social Care Professionals to work as Deputy Home Manager in a children's residential service in Dublin.
The successful candidate will manage the home according to its Statement of Purpose and maintain a safe and caring environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring compliance with childcare legislation, national standards, and client policies
* Leading a team to deliver high-quality care and support
* Maintaining accurate records and reports
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
* Fostering a culture of safety and well-being
Requirements
* Qualification in Social Care (QQI Level 7 or higher)
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in children's residential care (2 years at team leader level)
* Flexibility to work shifts if required
* Up-to-date knowledge of residential childcare and safeguarding legislation
* Experience working with multiple professionals and stakeholders
* Ability to deliver reports and meet deadlines
* Full driving license and business insurance
* Flexible approach to meet business needs
