BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
My client, a Galway-based healthcare systems provider, is seeking to hire a Business Development Associate to help generate new business for the company. Their multi-functional platform allows care providers to manage every aspect of their client’s needs by sharing relevant information with the key people involved in the care delivery circle.
This role will report to the Sales Manager. The Business Development Associate will generate new business opportunities through professional, dedicated prospecting via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Gain expert understanding of our customer base, target market and our product.
2. Generate business opportunities via cold calling.
3. Research, track, maintain and update sales leads and prospects.
4. Partner with the sales team to generate a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
5. Coordination of product demos.
6. Accurately build, manage, and maintain sales pipeline on HubSpot.
7. Manage customer activity through HubSpot.
8. Engage with prospective customers and leverage your skills to develop new business relationships.
9. Work closely with other customer-facing teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
10. Consistently achieve (and exceed!) monthly quotas and goals.
11. Assist customers to maximize their use and therefore the benefit they derive from our product.
REQUIREMENTS
1. 1 year’s experience with cold calling and lead generation.
2. Previous experience in software sales would be desirable.
3. Industry knowledge or an understanding of the care industry would be an asset.
4. Previous account management or customer support experience.
5. A competitive spirit and a passion for selling.
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
7. Previous experience with HubSpot, or similar.
