Role OverviewWe are now inviting applications for the role of Client Solutions Lead within the Musgrave Elevate Team. Reporting to the Commercial Manager and working as a member of the Client Solutions Lead Team, this role is responsible for the development and growth of the Retail Media and Data monetisation opportunities for Musgrave.
ResponsibilitiesSupporting the delivery of the Elevate business, sales and revenue growth targets.Working with a team of client solution leads to deliver on budget in conjunction with the commercial teams and partner suppliers across all Musgrave businesses, and further grow media monetization practice in Ireland.Working closely with the Brand Activations team to ensure activities are in line with the annual calendar of events.Develop and maintain business relationships with new clients to leverage opportunities to drive incremental and new growth.Develop and maintain relationships with key Marketing and Media agencies to develop and grow new business opportunities for the area.Negotiate annual plans with clients (new & existing suppliers) and agencies – terms, rates, growth targets.Performance analysis & management, putting corrective action in place to ensure sales and growth targets are achieved.Minimum RequirementsThe successful candidates will have/be:
Hold a 3rd level degree in either a Sales, Marketing or other relevant business discipline.A minimum of 3 years in a Media Sales/Advertising role and in-depth knowledge of the Irish media market.A specialist qualification in Media, Digital Marketing or Sales will be of advantage.High levels of commercial acumen, excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills.Knowledge of industries outside of FMCG e.g. Health, Pharma, Automotive would be advantageous.An ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, possess strong presentation and organisational skills.Project management and strong selling skills are essential.Strong attention to detail, influencing, facilitation and collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Equal OpportunitiesMusgrave is an equal opportunities employer. Work ModelMusgrave operates a Work Smart hybrid working model where you can alternate your time between connecting and collaborating in the business and working remotely. Occasional business travel to other locations will also be required.
