Eaton Square Talent Management are hiring a PAYROLL ASSISTANT for our client, a global logistics company located in the HO in LIMERICK.
Hybrid working:
1. 5 days per week during training, likely 3 weeks (we would need 2/3 days in office for this period).
2. Guaranteed 3 days work (1 day onsite – 2 remote).
3. For weeks of annual leave in the team (5 days needed).
The key responsibilities are:
1. Assisting in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees.
2. Maintaining and updating employee records including tax and other relevant information.
3. Verifying accuracy of employee data and preparing reports on payroll activities.
4. Responding to employee inquiries regarding their pay and taxes.
5. Calculating and processing payroll checks or electronic transfers of funds.
6. Recording, verifying, and reconciling Payroll-related information.
7. Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
Required:
1. IPASS-Preferred.
2. CORE Payroll experience ESSENTIAL.
3. 1-2 years ROI experience.
4. Excel skills required.
5. Ability to process mid-high-volume payrolls.
6. Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
