Accounts & Office Manager Our client, a Well Known Property Developer, is seeking a high-calibre Accounts & Office Manager to oversee the financial management and office administration for residential developments.
Reporting directly to the Financial Director & Finance Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and the smooth operation of office functions.
This is a full-time, office-based role in Galway City and will ideally suit someone with strong overall Bookkeeping/Accounting experience.
This is a on-site role.
Key Responsibilities Assisting with the Accounting functions across multiple companies within the group.
ManageAccounts Payable and Receivable, ensuring bank reconciliation integrity.
Assist withstatutory accounts, tax, VAT, and audit requirements, liaising with external auditors.
Assist withmonthly financial reports, includingbudgets, cash flow forecasts, and project cost analysisto Senior Management.
Managepayroll processingand monthly expense reporting.
Oversee office operations, ensuring smooth administrative functions.
