You will be a key member in the QA Department to ensure the quality of products and services produced by the company meets company and specific industry standards. Working closely with the Project Teams, you will oversee the entire project implementation in the quality aspect, to ensure finished products and services meet customer expectations through activities such as performing quality checks and notifying project/management of any QA issues.

1. Manage the QA/ QC activities of assigned projects to ensure systems delivered meet the customer quality requirements.
2. Plan, conduct, and monitor testing and inspection of Projects work products to ensure finished product quality.
3. Conduct internal Quality Audits and other quality assurance activities.
4. Collect and compile statistical quality data.
5. Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
6. Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
7. Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
8. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
9. Assist in drafting quality assurance policies and procedures.
10. Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.
11. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
Qualities We Value
1. Good written and oral communication skills.
2. Strong IT skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
3. Quality inspection, auditing, and testing experience highly desirable.
4. Experience in software/system/product development lifecycle would be advantageous.
5. Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of Quality Assurance highly desirable.
6. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements like ISO 9001, ISO 27001, highly desirable.
