With sites across Europe, they are well-established and now seek a Customer Order Management Officer to join the Cork team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
As Customer Order Management Officer, you will be responsible for organising collections and transport from customer sites to the end destination efficiently, while ensuring compliance with the relevant regulations. You will also be responsible for processing incoming orders, communicating with customers, and ensuring efficient processing of orders to meet customer demand. You will ensure the correct flow of information to invoicing is followed and liaise with your team lead, internal departments to ensure any queries with order creation are resolved. You will be responsible for administrative tasks to support account managers with their portfolio of customers.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in a similar role. You will be customer focussed and have excellent communication skills. Attention to detail, planning and organisation are key skills. Knowledge of SAP and/or a FETAC level 7 in Logistics and Supply Chain Management is an advantage, but not essential.
