Role Overview
The European Technology department provides critical services that underpin daily operations and business growth. We are looking for a candidate to join the Endpoint Security team as a Technical Specialist focused on Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
Responsibilities
1. Providing daily operational administration of the PAM environment, independently handling routine technical issues.
2. Monitoring and responding to alerts generated by PAM solutions.
3. Delivering the PAM service in line with the strategic roadmap.
4. Assisting with configuration, deployment, and maintenance of PAM solution components.
5. Supporting version upgrades, patching, and maintenance of the environment.
6. Managing and executing routine change activities.
7. Participating in regular Disaster Recovery (DR) and Failover testing.
8. Contributing to automation opportunities within PAM operations.
9. Supporting team members and acting as a technical resource.
10. Maintaining quality documentation.
11. Collaborating with senior technical resources and other departments.
12. Participating in PAM forum meetings.
13. Adhering to risk management programs and security policies.
14. Supporting Audit and Governance requirements for PAM.
15. Participating in Critical Incident Response for major incidents.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have:
* A third-level qualification in Information Security or IT, or equivalent experience.
* At least five years' experience in an IT Security role, with hands-on experience in PAM or cybersecurity operations.
* Working experience with PAM Solutions (e.g., CyberArk).
* Good troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues independently.
* Experience with Network and Endpoint Defence strategies.
* Ability to collaborate with vendors and stakeholders.
* Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
* Knowledge of information security and risk control frameworks.
* Recognized certifications desired (e.g., Security +, CISSP).
