INSTALLATION MANAGER
A leading company in equipment installation and project management is expanding and looking for an Installation Manager in Dublin to oversee and coordinate all equipment installations.
THE COMPANY:
Our client specializes in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of high-quality equipment across multiple industries. With a strong presence in Ireland, they work closely with customers in construction, manufacturing, and commercial sectors, delivering tailored solutions that meet the highest standards.
Due to continued growth, our client is looking to bring on an Installation Manager to join their senior management team in Dublin.
THE ROLE:
The successful Installation Manager will be based in Dublin and will:
* Be a key member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to company strategy.
* Supervise and manage installation projects from initiation to customer handover, ensuring seamless coordination with suppliers.
* Oversee the co-ordination of equipment installations with the internal team, installation team of 8.
* Manage operational costs, focusing on reducing installation and quality costs.
* Ensure all work is carried out in full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, work processes, and instructions.
THE PERSON:
We are looking to speak to a range of Installation Managers based in Dublin who meet some or all of the following:
* Previous construction industry experience or install/service maintenance experience.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to persuade and make decisive decisions.
* Adaptability and the ability to perform under pressure.
* A commercial and cost-conscious mindset.
* Strong analytical and numerical insight, with excellent communication skills both internally and with customers.
