Job Title: IT Support Technician Contract
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team in Galway on a contract basis.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an IT professional to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to end-users, troubleshooting issues across hardware and software systems, and assisting with routine IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance and support for Windows environments, including Active Directory and Office 365.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
* Assist with the deployment and configuration of IT equipment and software.
* Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manner, escalating as needed.
* Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and solutions.
* Support end-users with mobile device management and connectivity issues.
Requirements:
* At least 4 years of experience in IT support, with exposure to Windows environments.
* Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
* Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
