We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Sales Onboarding Trainer to help new sellers become role-ready and confident in their ability to drive success.
In this role, you'll deliver high-impact training that brings our sales methodology, products, and processes to life.
Your mission?
To equip new sellers with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed from day one.
Responsibilities: Facilitate training exercises and assessments to test knowledge of topics including sales methodologies, product knowledge, and key skills to becoming a Salesforce Trusted Advisor grounded in strong prospecting, negotiation, and discovery skills.Deliver presentations with exceptional clarity, enthusiasm, and effectiveness to engage and inspire sales professionals.Collaborate with sales leadership, enablement teams, and business stakeholders to tailor training programs that address specific needs.Reinforce learning requirements so new hires are clear on key onboarding milestones ranging from prework, class times, homework, and certification requirements.Promote teamwork and collaboration by encouraging peer-to-peer learning and knowledge sharing.Own end-to-end execution of monthly cohorts of learners, including sourcing and briefing speakers, liaising with workplace services for onsite logistics and updating real-time trainer checklists for team visibility.Preferred Qualifications and Skills: 4+ years of proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Enablement Specialist, or similar role in a fast-paced sales environment.Strong understanding of sales processes, product training, and sales enablement strategies.Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to captivate and motivate an audience.Ability to work across teams to drive results.Why Join Us?
