Brand Marketing Manager 12 Month contract North Dublin Cpl Marketing are recruiting for a Marketing Manager with a Pharmaceutical company on a 12-month contract with view to extension in North Dublin. This dynamic role focuses on executing marketing strategies, spearheading product launches, and optimising cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with expertise in marketing.Experience in digital channels, OTC products, and sales, complemented by a proven track record of driving revenue growth is preferred. Responsibilities: Lead and execute country-level marketing strategies with a primary focus on new product launches. Collaborate with cluster and local leadership teams to ensure seamless product launch execution. Act as the market expert, staying ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform strategic planning. Develop, localise, and implement marketing materials, leveraging both digital and traditional channels. Partner with customer-facing teams to align brand strategies with customer engagement activities Drive partnerships with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Medical, Legal, Finance, and Corporate Affairs teams. Actively contribute to cross-functional team meetings, ensuring alignment across Alliance Markets. About you: 8+ years experience in a similar Marketing opportunity within the pharmaceutical industry. Proven experience in marketing and digital marketing, with a focus on OTC products and sales will be beneficial. Exceptional project management skills with a solutions-driven approach. Strong analytical capabilities and business acumen, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel at an advanced level, PowerPoint, etc.).
