Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Compliance and Insurance Claims Auditor to join our team in South Dublin.
This role requires a strong understanding of compliance regulations, experience in claims handling or auditing, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain compliance across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough evaluations of claims calls and files according to our audit templates.
* Report findings, providing recommendations for efficiency and best practices.
* Report on errors, breaches, and customer complaints, collaborating with the team to implement remedial actions.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and assist in policy and procedure updates.
* Assist with internal audits, insurer audits, and data protection queries.
* Contribute to the development of compliance-related training programs.
Your Profile:
* Qualification in Compliance, Irish Law, Data Protection, or related field.
* Experience in Claims Handling, Compliance, Audit, or similar roles within the insurance industry.
* EU citizenship required (STAMP 4).
