Role Profile
This role will report into the Customer Services Senior Executive and will involve working closely with the Agri Customer Service, Commercial, Logistics, Quality, and Planning teams. The position will play a key contributing role in supporting the CS Team in daily tasks to ensure the effective running of the function, actively engaging in projects to improve processes, procedures, and prioritising customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Processing calls, queries, and daily tasks from stakeholders, staff, and customers.
* Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities, executing tasks in an efficient manner.
* Be actively involved in mapping, testing, and implementing projects to support our voice of customer ambitions.
* Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports using SAP, C4C, and SAC.
* Support and contribute to our 3M performance management process and monthly meetings.
* Handle complex and escalated customer service issues through to resolution.
* Participate in key customer service projects and initiatives.
* Coordinate with management to improve quality of service and productivity through continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Strong experience in providing customer service support.
* Excellent knowledge of systems, methods, and techniques.
* Advanced knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools.
* Strong client-facing and communication skills.
* Advanced troubleshooting, multi-tasking, and delivery skills.
* Customer service orientation.
* Strong decision-making skills.
