Mobility Support Specialist Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mobility Support Specialist to join our Health Operations team in Dublin, Co. Dublin.
About the Role
As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that product manufacturing is performed in compliance with site procedures. You will work closely with our Product Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist with the receipt, assembly, packing, and delivery of mobility product orders.
* Deliver orders to customers in the South and South East regions as needed.
* Provide clear instructions on the proper use of equipment to clients.
* Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
* Manage the drop-off and collection of demonstration stock at various sites as required.
* Ensure the security and safekeeping of all mobility products.
* Assist with cycle counts and stock-taking activities.
* Coordinate with warehouses in Cork, Ballymena, and Milltown for stock transfers.
* Communicate effectively with Customer Service and other departments to ensure accurate and timely operations.
Requirements:
* Background knowledge and experience of mobility products is an advantage.
* Background knowledge and experience of product assembly is an advantage.
* Able to work unsupervised while delivering high-quality service.
* Strong administrative skills incorporating planning and organisational skills.
* Good communication skills.
* A full clean driver's licence.
* Garda Vetting is required for successful candidates.
