Job Description:
A dynamic Retail Campaign Manager is sought to drive sales through targeted marketing initiatives and increase footfalls in a leading organisation within the Retail Sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Regional Marketing:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns for individual store locations, considering demographics, competition, and seasonal trends.
In-Store Marketing:
Design, produce, and distribute effective point-of-sale displays, signage, and promotional materials; work with merchandising on in-store strategies.
Local Partnerships:
Build relationships with complementary businesses, community organisations, and local media to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
Traditional Marketing:
Use traditional marketing channels like print advertising, radio, and direct mail to reach target audiences.
Store Collaboration:
Work closely with store managers, staff, area managers, and merchandisers to align marketing with store operations and sales goals; conduct regular store visits for feedback and improvements.
Performance Analysis:
Track key metrics such as foot traffic, sales conversions, and ROI to evaluate and adjust marketing campaigns.
Competitor Analysis:
Research and analyse competitor marketing activities, including store visits, to identify differentiating opportunities.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the local marketing budget effectively.
Industry Trends:
Stay informed on retail marketing best practices and emerging trends to identify growth opportunities.
Team Development:
Mentor and training team members, fostering their personal and professional growth.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of increasing sales through marketing in a multi-store retail environment.
* Extensive experience in retail marketing with a focus on driving foot traffic and sales.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant marketing software.
* Experience managing budgets.
