Roles and Responsibilities
* Diagnose and rectify maintenance issues, providing solutions to remedy problems.
* Maintain accurate records in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
* Recommend improvements to equipment and systems to enhance efficiency.
* Ensure timely completion of training records/status for ISO compliance.
* Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) Initiatives, motivating team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Coach/mentor team members on effective performance and identify development needs.
* Ensure adherence to 6S principles, promoting productivity and protecting human health, safety, and the environment.
* Comply with Corporate and Divisional Policies, performing other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
* Third-level qualification or trade certificate in Engineering, Science, or Manufacturing.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an Engineering/Manufacturing environment, preferred.
* Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering.
* Effective communication skills.
