Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 7+ years of experience in systems engineering or operations
* 5+ years of experience managing technical teams
* Experience with large-scale telecommunications systems
* Experience with VoIP, SIP, and unified communications platforms
* Strong background in network engineering and infrastructure operations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master's degree in related technical field
* AWS certifications and cloud infrastructure expertise
* Track record of implementing ITIL practices and operational frameworks
* Experience with automation tools and infrastructure as code (IaC)
