* Develop and pursue new sales opportunities.
* Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to create and implement a regional sales strategy, driving market share growth.
* Cultivate and close sales leads generated from marketing initiatives.
* Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction levels.
* Provide professional sales support, encompassing both pre-and post-sales phases as dictated by the Sales department's needs.
* Fulfill in-field and in-person training requirements for Dairymaster dealers and customers.
* Offer ongoing assistance to dealers throughout the pre-and post-sales process, while also providing follow-up support to both dealer networks and end users.
* Travel for customer visits, tradeshows, and other events.
* Deliver presentations to potential customers and dealers.
* Read, comprehend, and provide instructions for technical drawings.
* Coordinate distributor and customer sales visits to our headquarters.
Requirements:
* Diploma or level 7 qualification in Agriculture, Agricultural Science, or Agri-Business Management is mandatory.
* A minimum of three years' experience in Dairy Farm Management is desirable.
* In-depth knowledge of dairy farming practices is essential.
* Sales experience within the Dairy Industry, particularly with agricultural machinery, is advantageous.
* The ability to understand and offer guidance on building layout and design is necessary.
* High energy levels, drive, and enthusiasm are required to be a proactive team member.
* Strong technical understanding is crucial.
* Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), is mandatory.
* Excellent communication skills are required.
* A valid Full Clean Driver's License is necessary.
