The Role:
Handle transactional contentious caseloads
Drafting and negotiating development agreements, professional appointments, collateral warranties and ancillary project documents
Represent clients in all types of dispute resolution processes, including adjudication, conciliation, mediation, court proceedings and arbitration
Advise on standard and bespoke construction contracts
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional legal services
The Person:
4-6 years’ PQE with experience in construction law
Strong understanding of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, JCT)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Enthusiasm for business development
A genuine interest in construction law. practice and industry
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
