INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for: Job Title Project Manager (Hybrid Opportunities) Project Commercial Job Location Greater Dublin Salary €70,000 - €80,000 + package + WFH *Salary Negotiable depending on experience* About the Company Working with an increasingly busy Main Contractor who specialise in an interesting industry sector across the Leinster Region working with very high profile/ blue chip clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for a PM with experience managing commercial projects with a particular emphasis on internal fit outs.
The successful applicant will be working initially on a project in North Dublin, the next one will be in the south side.
Ideally looking for someone who is comfortable working across Greater Dublin and the surrounding counties.
The Role Coordinate and monitor and review construction drawings, specifications and work requirements.
Modify and update the project programme with senior management to ensure key milestones are met.
Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme.
Report to the Contracts Manager.
Direct and Manage personnel, site staff and subcontractors and manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops and plan actions.
Overcome any issues that may arise during the construction phase in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure that H&S and Company Compliance procedures are adhered to.
Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information.
Requirements Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third level qualification) is essential.
A minimum of 5 years experience managing new build commercial projects.
Ideally someone who has experience with modular construction/ mission critical works.
Ability to manage sites from greenfield, site set up, civils, structural and finishes etc.
Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
Experience managing multiple subcontractors at a time.
Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
