Primary responsibilities include conducting applicant interviews with professionals from a variety of industries, backgrounds, and cultures and providing evidence-based assessments to assist in determining program fit. Candidates should excel in interpersonal roles and possess superior presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, polished, and upbeat communicator who is comfortable speaking with senior-level executives and entrepreneurs while representing the Quantic brand.
Essential Functions:
* Conduct live phone and video interviews
* Evaluate video interview submissions
* Maintain expertise on Quantic program offerings and convey information to applicants
* Maintain rapport with interviewees, promptly answering their questions and fostering excitement throughout the admissions process
Minimum Qualifications:
* Fluent in English
* Undergraduate degree
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to cultivate relationships and build rapport
* Comfort and experience with a multicultural client base or work environment
* Self-starter; growth and results-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
* MBA or other graduate-level or higher degree
* Experience working in high-performance standard, driven, and team-oriented environment
* Occasionally contribute off-shift availability during evenings and weekends
This is a part-time position in which employees can be based anywhere in Sweden. Admissions Counselors report to an Admissions Counselor Manager and are in a probationary period for the first two admissions cycles. We ask that you apply only if you consistently have up to 15-20 hours/week to contribute towards this work.
