Job Purpose
To promote and support independent living and community integration, personal development, and work opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Build trusting relationships with service users to identify their goals, strengths, and needs.
* Support service users in establishing and enhancing their natural support circle.
* Advocate on behalf of and support self-advocacy for service users in various settings.
* Develop and complete positive risk assessments.
Requirements
* Action-oriented individual who can adapt to changing circumstances.
* Flexibility regarding working hours and travel to meet operational needs.
* Ability to take on other reasonable duties/projects as required.
