Construction Project Manager
Team Horizon is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a leading construction company with projects in Limerick and the West. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that your project team deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and update the construction programme with the Contracts Manager, ensuring your project meets key milestones.
2. Serve as the technical lead, coaching and mentoring the project team.
3. Determine staff resources for your project and communicate effectively with your team.
4. Implement a Safety System and establish an excellent safety culture on your project.
5. Manage project quality over its lifecycle, ensuring build quality meets expectations.
6. Ensure project costs are managed, with prelims/packages tightly controlled.
7. Collaborate with the commercial team to deliver agreed commercial objectives for your project.
8. Maintain positive relationships with the client team, keeping them informed of claims/delays.
Requirements
* A third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
* 5+ years' experience managing complex construction projects on commercial projects ranging in value from €5m to €30m+.
* Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver a complex project.
* Technically strong, with excellent numeracy and report writing skills.
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders.
* Understands commercial realities, proposing cost-effective solutions.
* Computer literate, familiar with MS Office, Project, (or similar scheduling package).
