Quality Administrator - North Dublin

My client, a leading medical device company is offering an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Quality Administrator on a 23-month contract. This role offers a flexible, dynamic environment where you'll have the chance to contribute to healthcare advancements while growing personally and professionally.
As a Quality Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met through effective management of material dispositions, supporting compliance processes, and collaborating with engineering, finance, and supplier teams. You will play a pivotal role in quality management, working with SAP and other systems to uphold our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Material Disposition: Manage potentially defective materials from incoming inspections and production lines, maintaining quality notifications, and liaising with engineering and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
* Return to Suppliers: Facilitate the return of non-conforming materials, ensuring RMAs are generated and approved, and necessary approvals are secured for supplier logistics. Develop supplier links to streamline the return process.
* Scrap Material Management: Generate scrap reports, complete relevant documentation, and manage uploads into SharePoint.
* Compliance Support: Assist in gathering and registering sustainability-related material compliance information, including EU RoHS, and run compliance reports in SAP.
What We're Looking For:
* A third-level qualification (Degree QQI Level 8) in Quality Management, Business, Administration, or relevant experience.
* Minimum 3+ years' experience within a quality team in a regulated environment.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
* Proficiency in SAP, SharePoint, and general Quality Administration activities.
* Results-oriented with a drive to meet deadlines and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced setting.
