Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager, ideally with experience in Human Resources, to join and lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities within the HR sector and building strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to fill the sales pipeline with qualified prospects through various channels.
2. Client Acquisition and Conversion: Engage with potential clients and nurture relationships to convert leads into clients, customizing presentations to showcase our platforms' benefits.
3. Pipeline Management and Forecasting: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline for accurate forecasting and predictable revenue generation.
4. Strategic Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
5. Team Recruitment, Training and Management: Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing sales team while providing ongoing feedback.
6. Sales Enablement and Training: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools and training to effectively sell SaaS solutions.
7. Sales Process Optimization: Evaluate and optimize sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Monitor market trends and use insights to prioritize target markets and develop strategic sales plans.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
* Qualification in Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Extensive CRM experience, ideally Salesforce or HubSpot.
* Proven track record in business development and sales roles, ideally within the SaaS industry.
* Experience managing and developing a sales team.
* Understanding of HR processes and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
* Results-oriented mindset.
* Highly organized with strong systems knowledge.
Additional Information:
While the role is available on a fully remote basis, availability for in-house meetings and training sessions in Dublin is required. Linea is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
