Wildcard Software is a dynamic, forward-thinking company operating four separate SaaS platforms serving over 25,000 users around the world. We are on a growth trajectory and looking for a proactive, organized, and experienced professional to take charge of our operations and help us drive efficiency across our business.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this hybrid role requires a minimum of one day per week in our Dublin office, with other days being remote. Our office is located in Rathmines and has plenty of free parking. The position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Workflow Management: Oversee and manage a high volume of support and customer inquiries across four SaaS platforms. Allocate queries to support staff, refuse non-viable requests, negotiate charges for development work requested by customers. Enforce and refine existing processes to ensure smooth query resolution. Work with the CTO to monitor and manage ticket throughput, ensuring deadlines are met and identifying areas of improvement.
2. Standards and Processes: Lead the company's journey to improve internal processes and controls. Drive initiatives to potentially achieve ISO27001 certification within the next 18-24 months. Establish and implement process improvement strategies that align with company goals.
3. Human Resources: Manage holiday calendars and assist the CEO/CTO with performance reviews, hiring, and employee contracts. Provide support for general HR functions as required.
4. Office Management: Handle administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office environment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced manager with the ability to lead who is looking to move to a more senior role. They will bring energy, ideas and lots of cop-on with them every day and will be excited about helping the company become more efficient as it grows.
Given the flexibility in the role, it might suit those looking to come back to the workforce after a career break as well as someone currently in employment looking for a new opportunity.
Will depend on experience and history and is open to negotiation but in the range of 60k - 80k for the full-time role. Other benefits include company pension, free parking and annual bonus.
The role as described above will be required on an on-going basis; however, should the successful candidate want to grow the role and their responsibility within the company, the role of COO is one that will be required within the next 24-36 months. A COO role would bring with it duties around the sales/revenue/strategy/product design side of the business also.
