MYM Recruitment is now working with a new client, based in the heart of the town, they now seek a reliable/experienced Bar Manager.
This person must ensure that a bar is run smoothly, providing quality beverages and excellent service to customers.
Will be responsible for many of the day-to-day tasks needed for a bar to function.
Employ staff, set work schedules and maintain fully stocked inventories.
Opportunities are now available for a Bar Manager and a Bar Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including staff management, inventory control, and cash handling.
Develop and implement innovative bar programs and promotions to attract and retain guests.
Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and regulations.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues promptly.
People management for a large diverse team.
Ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and maximising revenue.
They serve drinks, welcome customers and take client feedback, criticisms or praise, works towards creating a positive environment for customers and a profitable front-of-house.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of bar operations, including menu development, cocktail preparation, and wine selection.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
