Role Overview
The Time and Attendance group is seeking a bright and motivated Kronos Functional Analyst with 10 years of experience to lead the launch of timekeeping systems supporting business expansions and delivering automations for process efficiency and perfect pay for associates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead functional design, configuration, and support of applications with a primary focus on global deployment within HR and Time and Attendance domains.
2. Interact with business customers, including HR Business Partners, Legal and Compliance, and other upstream and downstream system owners, to gather and define requirements.
3. Conduct fit-gap analysis of gathered requirements to develop a matrix of requirements that can be satisfied by configuring the timekeeping application or require a workaround or custom solution.
4. Configure Pay Policy, Accrual Policy, and Attendance Policy modules based on requirements, ensuring compliance with labor laws and business policy.
5. Engage with Data Engineers and Product Managers to design application extensions and provide end-user support for multiple modules in multiple geographies.
6. Provide expertise with Kronos Timekeeping Application.
Basic Qualifications
1. 4+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas, such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data, and analytics.
2. 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
3. 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries.
2. Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
3. Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective.
