This is a brilliant opportunity for a Fashion Assistant Manager / Junior Store Manager to join an exciting and vibrant company!
Must have strong communication and leadership skills.
A full-time opportunity at an established e-commerce studio, specializing in visual production with the fashion retail sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing the day-to-day running of the photographic studio and studio operational and creative teams.
2. Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and checking quality regularly against the agreed guidelines.
3. Reviewing and developing workflow systems and practices.
4. Ensuring team performance KPIs are met to agreed levels and constantly identifying opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
5. Liaising daily with clients to deal with queries, managing process and out-of-process requests as well as providing practical solutions to day-to-day issues that may arise.
6. Dealing with technical issues in the studio and problem-solving.
7. Organising and leading departmental meetings.
8. Managing and implementing all projects, briefs, re-shoots, and updates to Style Guides.
9. Previous strong retail management experience is essential.
10. Interest and understanding of photography and brand content.
11. Experience of managing and leading teams of operational staff in a high-volume production environment.
12. Understanding of retail and e-commerce environment and processes within retail buying teams and e-commerce operations.
13. Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills.
14. Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
