As a valued member of the customer support team, you’ll handle inquiries and resolve issues primarily via email and chat, with occasional phone interactions. You’ll also have the chance to engage with various teams and committees, contributing to a dynamic and enjoyable workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver top-notch support through chat and email, with phone interactions as needed.
* Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, collaborating with other departments to ensure timely solutions.
* Take ownership of your caseload, ensuring follow-ups and accurate updates in the system.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements to elevate customer experiences.
* Maintain excellent product knowledge to provide effective support and solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Fluent in both English and German, with strong written communication skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and a knack for problem-solving.
* Target-oriented, with experience in customer service or a people-focused role across any sector.
* Tech-savvy with strong administrative capabilities.
