Technical Design Manager
Role Summary:
The Technical Design Manager will be responsible for reviewing and managing design prior to tender, agreeing design deliverables and programmes, and aiming to minimise cost and maximise value.
This role will also involve managing external consultants and subcontractors, appointing consultants, overseeing technical specifications, chairing design team meetings and workshops.

Requirements:
* Education: Degree level education in Architecture or a related field.
* Experience: 5 years of experience post-qualification in a related field.
* Design Experience: Experience in the design of residential projects.
* Knowledge: Knowledge of regulations and standards related to construction and architecture.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
