The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a highly motivated Field Service Engineer who possesses a natural troubleshooting mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and manage their own diary.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive on-site service to customers, including commissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintaining, repairing, calibrating, and validating all products and services within our offering
* Undertake post-installation commissioning inspections
* Schedule site inspections
* Log and file job reports on our online CRM software
* Work in accordance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations
* Offer phone and on-site troubleshooting as required
Requirements
* Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of renewable energy systems
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in this or a similar role
* Previous experience in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC desirable
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Full clean driving license and willingness to travel the Munster region
* Safe Pass certification
