A leading provider of Building fabrication solutions is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand market presence. This role is critical to the company’s success and focuses on developing new business accounts while maintaining and growing existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain key business accounts – Build strong relationships and maximize sales opportunities.
2. Identify and win new business – Target and onboard new installers using innovative fabricated systems.
3. Sales Training & Support – Provide customers with product demonstrations and sales guidance.
4. System Engagement – Encourage participation in incentive schemes and promotional campaigns.
5. Reporting & CRM Management – Track customer interactions and analyze sales performance.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in B2B sales – Selling technical products or systems that require in-depth demonstration.
2. A competitive, high-energy, and positive attitude – You thrive on challenges.
3. Strong communication & negotiation skills – Ability to engage with clients and close deals effectively.
4. Self-motivated & target-driven – You are not just meeting sales goals; you are exceeding them.
5. IT proficiency & CRM experience – Strong skills in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
6. A clean driving license – This role involves travel and field sales engagement.
