Our technology client in Dublin city centre has an exciting requirement for a Recruiter to join their EMEA recruitment team for a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with company leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements.
* Influence and advise stakeholders on recruitment strategy.
* Develop and maintain a strong relevant candidate pipeline.
* Attract talent through effective sourcing techniques.
* Provide an excellent candidate experience and serve as a trusted partner.
* Manage live roles from initial intake to delivery.
* Daily use of sourcing tools and ATS.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' full lifecycle recruiting experience ideally in a high growth tech environment.
* In-house recruitment experience required.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
