Your New Role
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring food safety, quality, legality, and authenticity across all operations.
You will be tasked with maintaining and enhancing compliance standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Conducting audits and inspections to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Developing and maintaining compliance documentation, including HACCP, VACCP, TACCP, and Quality Management systems.
* Training staff on regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
* Supporting operational teams with equipment calibration and monitoring.
* Managing risks to ensure product safety and legality.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you should have:
* Strong knowledge of BRCGS standards.
* Expertise in HACCP, VACCP, TACCP, and Quality Management systems.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer web-based platforms.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
Desirable qualifications include a third-level food-related degree, train the trainer certification, and Level 3 or above HACCP and Food Safety certificates.
Experience in customer relationship management, allergen training, and knowledge of retailer standards, audits, and the bakery industry will be beneficial.
