CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute projects aligned with strategic objectives.Stakeholder Communication: Act as the central point of communication between internal teams, vendors, and external consultants. Ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and expectations across all stakeholders. Hold external partners accountable for meeting service-level agreements (SLAs) and project deliverables.Process Optimization: Introduce and manage structured project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Continuously improve project tracking, reporting, and delivery processes to minimise bottlenecks. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT and BI project delivery, solution adoption, and business impact.Resource Management: Manage internal and external resources, including onboarding and coordinating consultants during peak workloads. Ensure resource allocation aligns with team and business objectives.Risk Management: Anticipate and identify potential risks and roadblocks proactively, developing mitigation strategies to ensure seamless delivery.Global Alignment: Drive consistency in global reporting and dashboard standards, ensuring alignment across regions. Collaborate with regional teams to implement global solutions effectively.Team Support: Support BI developers by removing delivery-related administrative burdens, allowing them to focus on technical and strategic tasks.KEY REQUIREMENTS:Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IT project management, BI, or similar roles, preferably in a multinational environment. Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-regional projects with multiple stakeholders.Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and data management platforms. Experience working with Microsoft-centric solutions and familiarity with IT infrastructure, data governance, analytics pipelines, and database architecture. Ability to assess technical requirements and align them with business needs.Project and Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-regional projects. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, etc.). Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities, with exceptional problem-solving capabilities. Adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
