HR Business Partner
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, acting as both a strategic advisor and an operational support to leadership and employees. This role requires strong relationship management skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices to support talent attraction, development, and retention.
Working closely with the CPO and Head of HR, the HRBP will ensure the consistent and transparent implementation of people policies while driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and well-being.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing HR expertise and guidance on people-related matters.
2. Provide support to the Head of HR, including representing HR in leadership meetings and ensuring the continuity of key strategic initiatives in their absence.
3. Deliver professional, value-driven HR support and serve as a trusted advisor to the business.
4. Offer expertise on employee relations, guiding managers through investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
5. Ensure HR policies align with current best practices and legal compliance.
6. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment efforts and oversee the onboarding experience for new hires.
7. Lead initiatives that promote employee well-being, engagement, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
8. Support and guide performance management processes to drive a high-performance culture.
9. Maximize the effectiveness of the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
10. Deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and career development.
11. Contribute to the execution of the people strategy and broader HR activities.
12. Support organizational change initiatives and participate in company-wide projects as required.
Position Requirements:
1. Experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR role.
2. Proven ability to implement and promote HR best practices.
3. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Solid knowledge of employment law and hands-on experience handling employee relations matters.
6. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
7. Proficiency in standard IT tools and HR information systems.
8. Work as part of a large and dynamic HR team.
9. Hybrid role: 2 days working from home, 3 days traveling to sites in Cavan, and Monaghan.
