Breakfast chef - main duties:
* To ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen is in line with food hygiene regulations /HACCP
* to ensure that Breakfast food preparation and production is carried out to the highest standards in the interests of customer satisfaction.
* To prepare and produce food for the breakfast area which you are assigned and to the agreed four star standard, in conjunction with other chefs
* To minimize wastage with rational use of stack rotation etc.
* To ensure all necessary mis-en-place is ready prior to service
* Follow rigidly and observe all hygiene regulations
* To ensure the guests needs and requirements are met, as demanded in your area
* Following breakfast service, To assist with food preparation for rest of day events
Breakfast chef requirements
* Previous experience in hotel kitchen essential
* Availability to work early mornings both mid week and weekends throughout the academic year (6am -2pm)
* Fluent written and spoken English
* Permission to work and reside in Ireland
